Physiological and Molecular Study of Iraqi Women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Polycystic ovary syndrome is define as illness in women that a reproductive age because commonendocrinopathy and lead to dysfunction also infertility. PCOS usually alignment withinsulin resistance metabolic syndrome, it think the outcome of genetic effect additionto ecological factor. In this study (100) samples which divided into 40 heath 60samples with PCOS. It diagnosed by ovarian morphology on ultrasound test fasting bloodsugar, insulin, insulin testosterone hormone biochemical method used molecularmethod detect genotype TCF4 gene (rs290487) RFLP-PCR technique. The results revealed thatthe frequency allele T was recorded highly significance (P<0.01) patients (0.81%) while control(0.89%), C significant (0.19%) control (0.11%).We can be concluded from variation Iraqi (TCF4) linkedwith contrary (healthy women).
